3 Tablespoons of well-recognised oil
4 onions and chopped them
A piece of fresh Ginger and peeled it off
3 pounds of chicken breast cut into cubes

3 to 4 black cardamom pods

A few drops of Kewra
4 to 5 bay leaves

5 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon garam masala
2 cups of rice
Recipe Steps:
Prepare Kewra Water and Chop Veggies
First of all, to make a delightful and amazing chicken biryani prepare kewra water. Add a few drops of Kewra in water and mix it well, then put it aside for later use. Now, chop the onions and tomatoes finely and keep them aside.
Saute The Onions
Take a deep-bottomed pan, put oil in it and heat it well. Once the oil becomes hot then add bay leaf, black cardamom and cloves in it. After putting them into the oil saute them for about a minute.
