Pour the eggs on the veggies equally and cover the pan for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Use a rubber spatula, turn the side of the omellate, and cover the pan for 1more minute.
Turn the side, spread grated cheese over the omelette, and cover with a lid for 1 minute.

Instructions:
Whisk 2 cups of all-purpose flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix the water and butter.
Heat the mixture of water and butter for a minute in the microwave. But don't melt the butter completely.
Pour the water and butter mixture into the dry ingredients.
Add egg and combine it with all ingredients.
Add two more cups of flour to the mixture and mix all. But it should be dense and sticky at this stage.
Add half a cup of all-purpose flour and remix all ingredients. Now, it should be hard to stir.
Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.
Make a ball shape with the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
The dough will puff up a bit.
Roll this with a rolling pin on the flat surface to make a 10×15-inch rectangle shape.
Spread a thin and even layer of butter on the dough.
Spread brown sugar evenly with your hand.
