These pancakes are a delight for taste buds and a treat for the eyes. Their golden-brown exterior, dotted with tiny bumps, is a vista. To make these delicious pancakes, you must follow the ingredients:


Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour 1 cup

  • Sugar 3 tablespoons 

  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon 

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Milk 1 cup 

  • Large egg 1 

  • Unsalted melted butter, 2 tablespoons 

  • Unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons for greasing the pan

  • Maple syrup for crowning


Instructions:

  • In a big mixing bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  • Take another bowl and whisk the egg with milk and butter.

  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to combine well. 

  • Don't overmix; however, a few chunks are okay.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium to high flame.

  • Grease the skillet lightly with butter.

  • Pour pancake batter onto the non-stick skillet. Use 1/4 cup to measure the pancake batter for each pancake.

  • Heat until lumps form on the surface, flip the cake, and cook both sides until it's blond-brown.

  • Drizzle fluffy and sizzling pancakes with maple syrup and serve.

  • Western Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 3 large

  • Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste

  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon

  • Unsalted butter 1/4 cup 

  • Diced green bell pepper, 1/4 cup.

  • Diced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup.

  • Diced onions 1/4 cup

  • White & green scallions roughly chopped 1/4

  • Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 cup


Instructions:

  • Take a medium-sized bowl, beat three eggs,

  • Whisk with salt and pepper and set it aside. 

  • Bring a non-stick pan with a tight-fitted cover on low to medium heat.

  • Add butter.

  • Add green and red chopped bell peppers and stir it for 1 minute.

  • Add chopped white & green scallions, onion and cover the pan for 2 minutes or wait until tender. 

  • Spread tender vegetables equally on the surface of the pan.

  • Pour the eggs on the veggies equally and cover the pan for 5 minutes on medium heat.  

  • Use a rubber spatula, turn the side of the omellate, and cover the pan for 1more minute. 

  • Turn the side, spread grated cheese over the omelette, and cover with a lid for 1 minute. 

  • Please turn off the heat and fold the omelette.

  • Serve it with toasted white/brown bread, tea, coffee, or fresh juice.

  • Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a pleasure with family. We love making super speedy and painless recipes; cinnamon rolls are remarkable. These sizzling rolls need 2 hours, simple ingredients, and the services of your hands. So, these rolls are not only for special occasions, but you can enjoy these rolls as a rapid breakfast delight at any time. 

Do you know? Every food has a love language, so I wish to roll myself in the blanket of yeasted dough of the cinnamon rolls to give my family a warm and loving treat at the start of the day. 

These are super silky, smooth, and perfect, with gooey brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and the icing of lavish melty cream cheese.


Ingredients:


Ingredients for Dough:

  • All-purpose flour 4 cups 

  • Grainy sugar 1/3 cup

  • Yeast four teaspoon

  • Salt one teaspoon

  • Water 1 1/2 cups 

  • Unsalted butter six tablespoon

  • Egg 1 large


Ingredients for Filling

  • Unsalted butter at room temp 1/4 cup

  • Light brown sugar 1/2 cup 

  • Cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon


Cream Cheese Icing

  • Cream cheese at room temperature 4 oz 

  • Unsalted butter at room temperature 1/4 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Vanilla extract 2 teaspoon


Instructions:

  • Whisk 2 cups of all-purpose flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.

  • In another bowl, mix the water and butter.

  • Heat the mixture of water and butter for a minute in the microwave. But don't melt the butter completely. 

  • Pour the water and butter mixture into the dry ingredients.

  • Add egg and combine it with all ingredients. 

  • Add two more cups of flour to the mixture and mix all. But it should be dense and sticky at this stage.

  • Add half a cup of all-purpose flour and remix all ingredients. Now, it should be hard to stir. 

  • Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.

  • Make a ball shape with the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. 

  • The dough will puff up a bit. 

  • Roll this with a rolling pin on the flat surface to make a 10×15-inch rectangle shape. 

  • Spread a thin and even layer of butter on the dough. 

  • Spread brown sugar evenly with your hand. 

  • Spread cinnamon powder on top. 

  • Roll this dough into a log shape. 

  • Set your hands at both ends and squeeze gently to shrink the log. 

  • Cut the dough log into 12 pieces with unflavored dental floss or thread. 

  • Set the rolls in a greased baking tray. 

  • Cover this tray with a towel, set it in a warm place, and cover with it for 1 hour. 

  • Preheat the baking oven to 350F. 

  • Bake rolls for 30-35 minutes or turn them light golden brown. 

  • Spread icing after cooling them out.


Cream Cheese Icing

  • Take a bowl and mix the cream cheese and butter with a fork at room temperature.

  • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla essence to the cheese mixture and mix again to make a smooth mixture. 

  • Apply it on backed rolls!
