Healthy and cheap dinner recipe:
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
170 ml warm milk
1.5 tsp yeast
170 ml warm water
250 gr flour
Bunch of parsley
1 green onion
Half a large sweet pepper
1 green pepper
Few black olives
Half a large tomato
1 medium onion
1 large potato
Oil for frying.
Instructions:
Mix 1 egg with a whisk
Add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp salt
Add 170 ml warm milk
Add 1.5 tsp yeast
Add 170 ml warm water
Mix well
Add 250 gr flour and mix
Cover the dough for 30 minutes
Finely chop a bunch of parsley
Finely chop half a large sweet pepper
Finely chop a few black olives
Finely chop half a large tomato
Cut 1 medium onion into small squares
Grate 1 large potato
Add potatoes to flour mixture, stir
Add all the finely chopped vegetables to the flour mixture and mix well
Add oil to a frying pan, cook over medium heat
Fry each side for about 2.5-3 minutes
Repeat these steps for the remaining dough
It is a very fast cooking process and very tasty
Hearty meal for dinner, I eat it with hot chili sauce.
