Quick breakfast with eggs:

In easy and simple steps, your meal is ready to eat.

Ingredients

  • Fresh eggs, 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 20g green onions
  • Unsalted butter
  • 1 tortilla (23cm)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • spinach
  • One tomato
  • Bacon, 30g crumbled
  • Butter (a little)
  • Put (as required)
  • Optional: other ingredients for the tortilla

Instructions

  1. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl

  2. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper

  3. Mix well

  4. Chop 20g of green onions and add to the eggs

  5. Cook the eggs on medium-low heat with unsalted butter

  6. Twist a tortilla (23cm) and add mozzarella cheese, spinach, and chopped bacon

  7. Flip the tortilla and add sliced tomatoes on top of the spinach and cheese

  8. Fold the tortilla in half and cook with unsalted butter until finished

  9. Repeat the same steps for a different type of quesadilla with different ingredients

  10. Serve and enjoy as a quick snack or breakfast.
