  • 1 broccoli, small (50 grams)

  • 2 carrots, medium-sized (200 grams)

  • 1 onion, small (85 grams)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 1½ teaspoons mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. 250 grams of potatoes

  2. 1 broccoli, small (50 grams)

  3. 2 carrots, medium-sized (200 grams)

  4. 1 onion, small (85 grams)

  5. 3 tablespoons olive oil

  6. Toss to coat evenly

  7. 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  8. 1½ teaspoons mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)

  9. ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  10. ½ teaspoon pepper

  11. ½ teaspoon salt

  12. Stir until everything is well mixed

  13. Mix to coat evenly

  14. Preheat the pan over high heat for 30 seconds

  15. This recipe can also be made in the oven (400°F 35 - 45 minutes) or air fryer (400°F 15 - 20 minutes)

  16. After 30 seconds, turn the heat to medium-low

  17. Spread evenly

  18. Close the lid and cook for 15 - 20 minutes

  19. After 15 - 20 minutes, turn the pan over and cook for another 15 - 20 minutes.
