1 broccoli, small (50 grams)
2 carrots, medium-sized (200 grams)
1 onion, small (85 grams)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1½ teaspoons mixed herbs (rosemary, oregano, thyme)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions

Mix to coat evenly
Preheat the pan over high heat for 30 seconds
This recipe can also be made in the oven (400°F 35 - 45 minutes) or air fryer (400°F 15 - 20 minutes)
After 30 seconds, turn the heat to medium-low
Spread evenly
Close the lid and cook for 15 - 20 minutes
After 15 - 20 minutes, turn the pan over and cook for another 15 - 20 minutes.
