Ingredients:
- 1/3 cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for the cabbage)
- 1-2 cucumbers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for the cucumbers)
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/3 red cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 20g walnuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Preparation Steps:
1.Chop the cabbage, place it in a bowl, sprinkle it with a teaspoon of salt, mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
2.Cut the cucumber, sprinkle it with a teaspoon of salt, then mix it well with the salt and leave it for 10 minutes.
3.Cut the onion, put it in a bowl, add a teaspoon of rice vinegar, add a warm water to it.
4.Cut the red cabbage and put it in a plate with regular cabbage and peeled carrots.
5.Drain the onion from the excess water and then add it along with the previous items in the same pot.
6.Add the cucumber in the dish along with the recipe items.
7.Add 20 grams of nuts cut into small pieces.
8.Put 3 cloves of pressed minced garlic in a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil on it, add 1 tablespoon of honey, add 2 tablespoons of mustard, add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, mix the mixture well.
9.Pour the mixture on the plate of the recipe items and mix well.
